Last Monday night I filled the tub, ready to take a lovely, hot bath after a long day of work. However, when I put my foot into the tub, I got a massive shock…freezing, cold water!
I sent a message to my landlady to ask what the issue might be. Her response was,
‘Oops, I was caught up in the hectic-ness of my life that I forgot to get the propane tank filled which heats the water. ’
Ugh…It is very cold and snowy at 8000 feet here in Taos, NM. No propane to generate hot water for bathing, washing dishes and for cooking is not ideal…ugh….I was not happy, to say the least.
She sent a message the next day that the propane would come the following Monday. This equated to 7 full days of no propane for cooking or hot water. What?! She said she would not pay the extra $300 to expedite its delivery for Saturday.
I was not happy about any of this but knew this situation was happening FOR me, not TO me.
But I was so mad that I needed to go out for a walk first, to decompress. However, within 30 mins, I manifested a mirror of what I was feeling and thinking…I got bitten by a dog! It was scary. I got a nice puncture wound and big, purple bruise on my thigh but it’s healing.
It was a wonderful example of my abilities to manifest very quickly what I was emanating, in this case, the negative.
But I was so mad that I needed to go out for a walk first, to decompress. However, within 30 mins, I manifested a mirror of what I was feeling and thinking…I got bitten by a dog! It was scary. I got a nice puncture wound and big, purple bruise on my thigh but it’s healing.

By early evening, my nervous system had calmed down and I decided this was now an opportunity to put my manifestation abilities into action in a positive, constructive way…for the propane to be delivered Early!
Every day I meditated, visualized, and felt the celebration of the propane truck arriving earlier than Monday to fill the tank. I felt the pleasure of hot water on my skin and being able to cook in my kitchen.
When it hadn’t happened by Friday night, my enthusiasm had waned a bit. However…..on Saturday morning around 10am there was a knock at the door. Who could that be?! I live in a remote area. When I opened the door, there stood the man to fill the propane tank!!!!
I was THRILLED with my creation and the validation of my ability to have manifested this!
To top it off, as he was leaving, he said I was very lucky to have had the delivery because there were people who ordered propane in January and were still waiting to get it!
The extra charge for expedited delivery to arrive on Saturday, which the owner refused to pay, was $300. So not only did I manifest earlier delivery, I manifested $300 indirectly!
Wow, what a week it was, so many lessons and I’m even more grateful to have hot water and gas to cook with!

So this is an invitation to become more aware of what you are thinking about and connect the dots of what you are creating in your world.
I had angry, negative thoughts and feelings and so I created a nasty dog bite.
I then consciously channeled my thoughts, visions and feelings into manifesting the early arrival of propane and it happened!
Our thoughts create our reality.
We have to be ‘on them’ constantly as our mind will wander often to its favorite hang-out place: in lack, scarcity, negativity, victim energies, etc.
