With multiple plant allies wherein you will receive layers of healing, wisdom, guidance and activations of your gifts in relation to your ceremonial intentions.

Integration Support
There are three group integration sessions, one on Sunday morning and the other two online. Each woman shares their journey, process, healings, insights and new awareness received during our time together. Intentional integration is key to keeping each other accountable to the gifts from the retreat, incorporating the experience into daily life, and sustaining ceremonial teachings on your own. We also have a Signal group so that everyone can easily share all the joyful, magical happenings post-retreat.
Pre-Retreat Prep Call
An initial group call featuring an introduction to Helen and fellow retreat attendees that provides an opportunity to familiarize yourself with your journey sisters, ask questions, start forming your intentions and generally calm any nerves and anticipation that might be building ahead of the retreat.
