I’ve had quite a few people write to me asking, when’s your next cacao ceremony in Boulder? I said I didn’t know as I thought my trips to Boulder were done for the year but I was wrong!
I’m coming up for the weekend of Nov. 14-15 and will be holding what quite possibly will be my last cacao ceremony.
Change is in the air.
So I’d love to invited you to this sacred experience that weaves together the ancient medicine of ceremonial cacao, the power of shamanic journey, and the joy of community connection.
We begin by serving the cacao with intention and reverence. This heart-opening plant medicine has been used for centuries by indigenous cultures as a tool for emotional healing, inner alignment, and spiritual insight.
Ceremonial cacao gently opens the heart space, activates your clairvoyance, and amplifies your connection to your intuition and higher guidance.
After we sip, you set your personal intention. What are you calling in? What guidance do you seek?
You’ll then be guided through a chakra-clearing and grounding meditation, so that you are a clear channel to receive the guidance and healing from the cacao spirit and your higher self.
Next, I’ll sing sacred ceremonial songs as offerings to our spirit teams, followed by the shamanic journey. It’s like an interactive dream where you will journey to sound of the drum and the cacao expanding your heart. You’ll might meet your spirit guides, power animals, and receive messages connected to your intention.
I also bring through sound healing through the channeled soul songs.
They are vibrational medicine that works on your soul. All of this supports you in receiving guidance, healing, support in connection to your intention.
After your journey, you’ll have time to journal your insights, then we’ll transition into a dance celebration to help you integrate the medicine through movement, laughter, and connection. We shake it all out and invite joy to uplevel!
We close in a heartfelt sharing circle—a time for reflection, connection, and witnessing each other’s journeys. New friendships are often born here, and many leave with a deep sense of being seen, supported, and spiritually nourished.
