In the Divine Feminine Reclamation Mentorship, there is a fair amount of discussion around how our se*ual energy can be very potent, transformative, and healing, yet that is not what is portrayed in society.

Why?

Because our se*ual energy is incredibly powerful, creative energy. So when it’s revered, harnessed, and directed, we can move mountains and magnetize into our lives what we desire. This is where the phrase, ‘It fell into my lap,’ comes from.

The powers that be know this, hence why all the shaming, inversion, demonization, and making it wrong. Notice how all the swear words are blasphemy of the genitals….makes you go hmmm.

Last night, we had our monthly Divine Feminine Reclamation goddess call, and one of the ladies shared a se*ual experience that she had had much shame around. The experience shed light on the shame, transmuted, and has brought her and her partner to a whole new level of sacred intimacy that they never expected.

She was called to share this experience with the DFR community. In doing so, the other ladies opened up and said they had felt similarly about this topic, which is considered quite taboo.

This is the power of women doing our work, being in a safe container, held in community and sisterhood, where we’re all on the same journey of divine feminine reclamation.

Shame can’t exist in the light.

So here is a homeplay exercise to help open up more of your potent se*ual energies. Write down things you feel shame around related to se*, where you feel vulnerable and uneasy. By just doing this exercise, it will shift the veil of shame. If you feel called to, share it with your partner and see what alchemy unfolds. You might be delightfully surprised!

If you’d like to access more of your divine feminine magnetize, happy to connect with you about it.

And shame can be transmuted in ceremonies, too. I’m coming up to Boulder on Thursday and will lead a Cacao Ceremony on Sunday, April 19, in North Boulder. Bring your intention, and the cacao medicine will support you.  Excited to be with my Boulder community then!
