A lot of people are struggling, yet the predictions are that it’s going to continue to be like this for quite some time.
The underbelly is coming to the surface to be seen and transmuted.
The good news is that as more and more comes to the surface, it’s opening up energies on earth and within ourselves to help make the needed changes in ourselves and create the new world we are ready for. So much is already underway, but this isn’t shared about in the mainstream media.
A wise way to be with all the intense energies is to stay centered, grounded, and in your heart. How do we do that, you might ask?
Here are some of the best practices to support your nervous system that are very simple:

✨ Celebrate and feel the joy of how amazing it is to be you!
And one of my favorite ways is to sip ceremonial cacao and connect to the divine sparkle in my heart. Activate it. Charge it up. Get the love light of the Creator/Source/Divinity/God/Spirit flowing through it and your body. Doing this numerous times a day is so beneficial.
And it takes it to another level by doing it in the community.
As a group, we create a powerful vortex that helps open our hearts way more than we can on our own, allowing the divine sparkle to really sparkle…really be felt! It’s so amazing to feel it!
This is the group intention at our cacao ceremony in April in Boulder: to channel in the love light of Creator into everyone’s heart, turning up everyone’s divine sparkle so we can emanate more of that love light to ourselves and the world around us.
