And with that being said, we are still in this window of the Wood Snake: death and rebirth.
I’m seeing it like a ‘death’ portal where we continue shedding, releasing, letting die old habits, ways, programming, etc. It can be themes that you’ve been trying to heal all your life.
I’m hearing from my clients, community, and friends that A LOT is coming up for them. Yes, and it will continue. As this great awakening continues and to make way for the new, higher levels of consciousness, we have to clear out the old.
The good news is that the energies from Mother Earth, the galactic realms and astrology all continue to support us and our process so that we can become centered, grounded, and ready to ride confidently the Fire Horse that comes in on Feb. 17, the Chinese New Year.
So focusing on love, forgiveness, compassion, unity, and keep doing your inner work. It’s not in vain! Sometimes it can be hard going, but it’s so worth it. Bring in devotional energy to yourself, know that you are worth it.
Here are some suggestions to help you clear and become centered and grounded:

🦶🏻Breath work
🦶🏻Yoga
🦶🏻Time in nature

🦶🏻Swimming
