For so long, we’ve all been told that love and joy are the highest vibrations. Sounds convincing, right?
Well, a recent study has proven something different. Ready? Authenticity is 40x’s, not 10 or 20 or 30, but 40x’s higher frequency than love and joy! Wowza! That explains why so many of us feel that deep desire.
This excites me soooo much as many of my clients desire this…just to be themselves 100%…authentically themselves.
Your soul desires nothing more than you being authentically you with all your delightful imperfections.
I witnessed that this weekend in our plant medicine ceremony that was beyond, beyond powerful and transformational!
A collective healing happened, orchestrated by Sarah, around menstruation: healing the shame, gross, ick-ness that we’ve been programmed to have around it when in actuality the menstrual blood is so sacred. It was what would have created a baby. It contains stem cells.
There was a massive deprogramming and healing for all of us, men and women alike, and into the collective consciousness.
The plant medicines then orchestrated an Initiation, witnessed by everyone present in ceremony. I asked Sarah if she was willing to step up into her bigness, brilliance, and hold Council for many that will come to her for guidance.
Was she willing to accept? She did!
Sarah is aware that moving forward, the coping strategies to stay small, stuck, avoid, numb, self-loathing, not believe in herself, and self-doubt to keep her small and ‘safe’ must fall by the wayside completely. She’s committed to her soul, to feeling (feminine essences), seeing through womb consciousness, expanding self-love, magic, truth, and being herself fully.
She has been doing deep transformative work with me in the Divine Feminine Mentorship, Women’s Retreat, and 1-day ceremonies for the past year, and her soul finally said, ‘It’s time for 100% authenticity! To show up in your amazingness, to own it, be seen and heard.’ Celebrating Sarah!
Even the astrology this week, with the full moon on Saturday, is ‘demanding’ much more authenticity within us all.
Take baby steps or giant steps towards JUST BEING YOU.
Your soul will guide you. As you embody more authenticity, a bit of grief might come up for how disconnected you were from yourself. Feel it. Acknowledge it and know that joy will emerge soon after for the new connection and reverence for self.
