One cacao rose ceremony that will begin opening your heart and womb in preparation for the full-day, plant medicine ceremony.
One rapé (sacred tobacco) ceremony to clear out any resistance, stories and blocks, opening the pathway for the full-day plant medicine ceremony.
One full-day ceremony with multiple plant allies wherein you will receive all of the healing, wisdom and guidance in relation to your ceremonial intentions.

Integration Support: After the retreat, Helen holds 3 group integration sessions wherein participants share and process the healings, insights and new awareness received during their time together. Intentional integration is key to keeping each other accountable to the gifts from the retreat, incorporating the experience into daily life, and sustaining ceremonial teachings on your own. We also have a Whatsapp group so that everyone can easily share all the joyful, magical happenings post-retreat.
Pre-Retreat Prep Call: An initial group call featuring an introduction to Helen and fellow retreat attendees that provides an opportunity to familiarize yourself with your fellow ladies, ask questions, start forming your intentions and generally calm any nerves and anticipation that might be building ahead of the retreat.
