Wow…what a women’s retreat: Inner Womb Bloom, we just had this weekend! I’m in awe and delight with how these ladies showed up in sisterhood, vulnerability, strength, messiness, courage, surrender, and trust to access their divine feminine essence through their womb portal, the seat of a woman’s power.
Friday we gathered early for a Cacao/Rose ceremony to gently start the softening and opening of the process.
We did womb rituals before moving into a Rage ceremony. So much anger is pent up in the womb that needs to be seen and felt before releasing.
And then from that, we went right into a very cleansing Rapé ceremony to dig deeper into their intentions, releasing and opening to more. All of this was ‘foreplay’ for Saturday, clearing the runway of sorts.
A sound bath first thing Sat. morning helped ground the ladies before diving into the plant medicine ceremony where so much healing, activation, growth, release, love, and joy were brought in.
Here are some of the outcomes shared in our first integration session on Sunday:
- Rebirth of self
- Learning to stop moving/action/busy-ness (masculine) and to BE still (feminine) and then life will actually flow
- The power in just being YOU without the masks
- Forgiveness and compassion with family members
- Grief funeral for lifetimes of grief
- Massive 5th chakra/throat clearing and voice activation to speak one’s truth once and for all!
- Release of past lovers to reclaim one’s womb and honor sex as sacred
- Surrendering the ’need’ for security/control
- Joyful phoenix rising after a dark period of grief
- Activations of healing gifts, especially through song
- Who am I? She has the answer to that now…
- Putting herself FIRST finally and THEN taking care of others
- Destruction of the Good Girl programming…the Divine Feminine is wild!
- …and so much more and even more will be revealed over the next few months as they integrate.
It’s such an honor and passion of mine to help women to reclaim their divine feminine essence.
With what is going on in the world, the feminine presence is needed more than ever and it starts with ourselves.
