As the new energies increase on earth with the rise of consciousness and our awakening, I’m often hearing about many who are experiencing ascension symptoms, including myself.
Recently, I woke up with a splitting headache, vomited 6x’s in the space of three hours, and had to cancel everything.
I slept a bit and woke up with less of a headache, no more vomiting, but I still had to stay in bed all day. I went to sleep feeling crappy still, and then like magic, I woke up the next day feeling renewed and fine.
Ascension symptoms are real. My clue that I’m not sick, just experiencing ascension symptoms, is that they come on fast and disappear fast. Normally, I’m hit with nausea and a headache that lasts for about half a day. This last one was a real doozy, but I was happy it was complete after 24 hrs.
When ascension symptoms come on, think of it as an Operating System Upgrade. Just like when we get that on our phone or computer, we have to shut it all down, let it upgrade, turn it back on, and all is well.
Here are some of the symptoms I’ve been hearing about, and of course, there are more:

🚀 Nausea
🌟 Vomiting
🚀 No appetite
🌟 Splitting headache
🚀Insomnia
🌟 Achiness
🚀 Weird pains in the body that nobody can figure out

🦄 Dreams with profound messages
💜 Magical occurrences that you can’t explain
🦄 Synchronicity
💜 Heart activations
🦄 Experiences with birds or animals in nature
So take heart. You aren’t sick, you are just experiencing growing pains as your body energy ups its levels in its consciousness! Listen to your body. Give it what it needs: rest, sleep, and let the upgrade happen.
Expect this to continue. I’ve been experiencing regular upgrades every few months for the past year, and that might increase as the energies intensify. They can last a few hours, 24 hrs., few days, or a few weeks. Surrender and support your body to recalibrate.
