Plant Medicine Ceremonies
One cacao rose ceremony that will begin opening your heart and womb in preparation for the full-day, plant medicine ceremony.
One rapé (sacred tobacco) ceremony to clear out any resistance, stories and blocks, opening the pathway for the full-day plant medicine ceremony.
One full-day ceremony with multiple plant allies wherein you will receive all of the healing, wisdom and guidance in relation to your ceremonial intentions.

Integration Support: On the last day of the retreat, we have our first integration session and then after the retreat, Helen holds two more group integration sessions wherein participants share and process the healings, insights and new awareness received during their time together.
Intentional integration is key to keeping each other accountable to the gifts from the retreat, incorporating the experience into daily life, and sustaining ceremonial teachings on your own. We also have a Signal group so that everyone can easily share all the joyful, magical happenings post-retreat.
Pre-Retreat Prep Call: An initial group call featuring an introduction to Helen and the retreat attendees that provides an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the other sisters, ask questions, start forming your intentions and generally calm any nerves and anticipation that might be building ahead of the retreat.
Delicious organic, gluten-free meals: Carefully and lovingly prepared by a holistic nutrition chef, these culinary delights will nourish your body and soul throughout the retreat.
A Beautiful Retreat Center: Vista Verde Retreat Centre spans 45-acres of gorgeous forest in the rural high-desert outside of Taos, NM, providing spaciousness to deeply connect to Mother Earth and the energies of the land.
