I want to share this with you! One of my clients, Holly, in the Divine Feminine Reclamation Mentorship received a very enlightening message during her Power Hour (a term the ladies in the DFR program have given to their daily practice to connect with themselves.)
Holly pulled an oracle card before settling into her Power Hour...
a good way to see what Spirit wants you to focus on. Her card was: Desert Solitude
These are the amazing insights Holly gained:
“What I learned in my Power Hour, being quiet with myself and still, is that:
Stillness, like the desert, is solitude / alone / nothing distracting
It can appear that it’s going to be scary or lonely, but solitude and stillness is actually VERY FULL.
This message connects with the original blueprint: love / awe / wonder but also connection. When I get really still and go into the desert of my womb, it’s the opposite of lonely. It’s connected to the original blueprint, the essence of all the mysteries, the human condition, the unseen mystery….
I've been afraid of the desert and solitude. It’s part of my resistance to being with myself and slowing down.
Today’s Power Hour let me dance with a different experiences with the desert: being full, connected and peaceful.
To find truth, inner wisdom and understanding, we have to go to that place of solitude, in our own inner world. It’s a key to connection and contentment.”
And I’d like to add: stillness is where we can consciously open up to RECEIVE ABUNDANTLY. We are all really good at ‘doing and giving’ (masculine energies) yet the invitation is to create balance ‘stillness and receiving’ (feminine energies)
