I was inundated with goodness last week when I put out a request for healing energy to support all the dental work I was about to get in Mexico during my dental tourism trip.
Wow! I want to express all my gratitude to you & my beautiful community for the outpouring of love, healing, Reiki, prayer…you name it, I received it all in the name of helping the tooth extraction go well.
Little did I know that all that wonderful energy was to support me through three days of dental work!
I received an evaluation on the first day where I was informed I needed a crown & three fillings in addition to the tooth extraction and bone graft…oh my
Having never had any major dental work done before, I didn’t know what I was in for!
I held tight to an intention that my friend Laurie was holding for me, that my tooth would come out in a jiffy! It’s an expression I hadn’t heard in a while, loved it and made it my mantra. And indeed, the tooth came out in a jiffy!
In regards to the crown, my goddess, that was equally as intense as the tooth extraction!
As another client said to me, many people are not aware of how intense and intrusive dental work is. I completely agree and have a whole new level of empathy for anybody getting dental work as well as even more gratitude for the healthy teeth that I do have.
Now it’s time to fully heal before I have to go back for round #2 for the implant and sinus lift, oh boy!
Once again, my deepest gratitude to you for holding this space for me. Please let this be a wonderful example of asking for help, love & support from your community.
