My magic trip in Mt. Shasta was beyond magical! My heart is overflowing with love & gratitude!
Where to start?
Let me share my big takeaways from the retreat. They are in relation to working with the new earth energies:
🔥 Say YES to the things that you want to say NO to or that you have NEVER said YES to.
For example, I dislike going into cold water. However, after the retreat, my friends all went into a crystal-clear lake and finally convinced me to go in. And I have to admit it was delightful! 😁
🔥 Go places that you are not really interested in.
🔥Synchronicity: go places and do things that do NOT interest you. Get out of your comfort zone. This is where you will meet the people you need to meet.
🔥Go back and try things that didn’t work in the past. They might just work now.
🔥Expect guidance but know that it often comes at the last minute.
🔥Don’t think you know how things work.
🔥Start expecting good things.
At the retreat, there were people from all over the world, which I love!
Some of you know, I spent 11 years in Spanish-speaking countries. The Latin world fills me up. I am Anglo on the outside but very Latina on the inside. So my soul was nourished by making new friendships, particularly with Jenny from Ecuador and Rafael from the Dominican Republic. I hadn’t laughed that much in years as I did with them.😂😂😂
After the retreat, synchronistically we were all staying until Wednesday.
A delightful Frenchman, Bob, my housemate at the Airbnb, became our friend as well. He guided us to many magical spots on the mountain to tap into the Lemurian energies.
We created a closing ceremony on Wednesday morning...
with an altar and offerings to Mount Shasta to share the gratitude and the gifts that we had received from each other and the mountain- so many! Our hearts were overflowing with joy, delight, love, and gratitude.
There is much more that unfolded, but this is it in a nutshell.
I now feel a volcanic energy within me. Something deep inside has been activated.
I am to start with: Magnifying the Good Stuff within myself and others.
