Are you feeling like things are a bit intense right now?! You might be feeling rather overwhelmed with all the swirling energies from the political arena, climate change, the effects of the cosmos and your own stuff coming to the surface to be looked at.
Most people who work with me are HSPs (highly sensitive people)/empaths. It’s very important to keep cleaning and clearing our energy bodies of the heavy and toxic energies so that we can stay grounded and clear.
A simple tool to clear your energy body
Call in Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael and their healing band of mercy angels. Ask them to work their magic with their spiritual vacuum cleaner.
Imagine them surrounding you with loving light and then attaching the vacuum hose to your 7th chakra, on the top of your head. Ask them to suction away all toxic, fear-based or entity energies.
Imagine the hose sucking away all the toxic energies from your organs, blood, chakras, muscles, and bones, leaving you squeaky clean! Notice if you sigh or you have some twitching in the body. This is a sign that you have just released some ‘junk’.
Does your body feel calmer and quieter now? If not, ask them to turn the vacuum cleaner on to ‘super high suction’ to get any remaining debris out of your physical and energetic body.
Once you feel super cleaned out, thank them for their help and healing. To complete the process, imagine a gold white light above your head. Ask them to bless it with their amazing energy and then let the golden white light flow down into your body, filling it up completely.
Repeat this as many times a day as you feel you need it. It’s a great way to start your meditation so you are a clearer channel for the messages.
