Recently, I asked the ladies if they would reflect on how the Divine Feminine Reclamation mentorship is healing, changing, and evolving them.
This is what Sarah Alme shared with me.
She’s been in the program for five months, making so many amazing shifts, so much so, she’s going to make it a year’s worth of mentorship, not just six months.
Helen facilitates a coming home to my innate, authentic self by gently guiding me to connect to my inner light, intuitive wisdom. Helen is a truth seeker; she sees my inner magnificence and guides me to see and intimately reconnect to these pieces within me that society has conditioned me to disconnect from.
Helen makes it safe, holds space for me, to shed my layers – of ego, protection, unhealthy masculine & feminine…. As I shed my hard exteriors and become reacquainted with my true soul self. There’s a wonder, awe and exposing of the unknown in this process. Yet Helen is gentle, consistent support, guidance, encouragement leads me to go deeper.
With this reconnection, I’m experiencing new found love and appreciation for myself. This is allowing me to love others in an abundant way I’ve never before experienced. I’m continuously dropping my defenses in triggered situations and sourcing courage to consistently seek, ground, surrender and allow for the mystery and wonder of life to thrive around me and guide me to deeper experiences of truth, authenticity, and brilliance. I’m more aware, more present, more calm and more open – allowing life to unfold. I’m exploring new spaces of me, new ways to BE, new ways to connect with others and new ways to shine my gifts and contribute. It’s a realness I’ve not yet known, yet it feels like it’s the real me that’s been covered up for years, maybe lifetimes. I’m coming home… home to myself.
