You’re invited to a sacred experience that weaves together the ancient medicine of ceremonial cacao, the power of shamanic journey, and the joy of community connection.
We begin by serving the cacao with intention and reverence.
This heart-opening plant medicine has been used for centuries by indigenous cultures as a tool for emotional healing, inner alignment, and spiritual insight.
Ceremonial cacao gently opens the heart space, deepens meditation, and amplifies your connection to intuition and higher guidance.
After we sip, you set your personal intention. What are you calling in? What guidance do you seek?
You’ll then be guided through a chakra-clearing and grounding meditation, allowing the cacao to move through your energy centers, releasing blockages and aligning you with your heart center.
Next, I’ll sing sacred ceremonial songs to deepen the vibrational healing, followed by a shamanic journey.
It’s a meditative experience where you’ll be guided to meet your spirit guides, power animals, and receive messages connected to your intention. This is a deeply personal and sacred space where many receive clarity, healing, and/or visions.
After your journey, you’ll have time to journal your insights, then we’ll transition into a dance celebration to help you integrate the medicine through movement, laughter, and connection. We shake it all out and invite joy to uplevel!
We close in a heartfelt sharing circle—a time for reflection, connection, and witnessing each other’s journeys. New friendships are often born here, and many leave with a deep sense of being seen, supported, and spiritually nourished.
