Before I explain the ‘Creation Shower’ you are being invited to, here’s the back story.
One of the major areas I really encourage the ladies in my Divine Feminine Reclamation Mentorship program is Celebration of oneself and of other women. This is foreign territory for most.
Why is this? We carry in our DNA the witch hunts of the powerful women we were/our female ancestors were, betrayal, and the experiences of erasure of the divine feminine.
In addition, with the conditioning of today’s society, it often feels safer for a woman to stay small, not shine too bright, not be too loud, and not share her gifts too far and wide.
That is the stuff I am here to help you ladies change!
The divine feminine can’t rise back into her place of honor, respect, and reverence when we are hiding.
Being seen, witnessed, celebrated, and heard in a safe, supportive container, brings about the magic and alchemy to calm your nervous system, and allow celebration energy to become contagious.
So now I’m being gifted an opportunity to practice what I preach! Upon my return from Crete ‘pregnant’ with creation, Kim, one of the ladies in the Divine Feminine Reclamation Mentorship, said, ‘We need to throw you a baby shower to celebrate whatever this creation is that you are going to birth.’
She rephrased it and said, ‘Actually, it should be a creation shower, not baby shower.’ I noticed I was rather squirmy and uncomfortable actually being in the hot seat of celebration! I’m really good at celebrating other women but haven’t been in the hot seat like this before.
As this has unfolded, I've realized that part of the requirement for my 'pregnancy' to go full term is that I have to experience this celebratory energy.
It’s about letting my nervous system feel all the feels, trusting that I’m in good hands/hearts, and being fully celebrated so that this new creation can be birthed. So with no further ado…

Ladies, join us in celebrating Helen as she prepares to bring something magical from the divine feminine into the world. This is more than a shower. It’s a sacred gathering to honor creation, transformation, and the beauty of new beginnings.

- Please bring a dish to share, your open heart, and if you feel inspired a small token or item to represent your wishes or blessings for Helen’s journey.
