We are now in an intense time between eclipses. The partial solar eclipse happened on Saturday and we have a total lunar eclipse happening on Jan. 21. (It will be visible here in Colorado!)
The beauty of eclipses is it facilities positive change. So now there is a wonderful, supportive, higher vibration coming in to improve and make our lives better… if we do the work.
The pressure is on for us to take action. This is why it feels intense. Stuff is going to come up for us to look at so let’s be aware and do our work.
We are being asked to clean up areas in our lives that aren’t in synch with our higher self. By doing this, it makes room for this magical, new energy/vibration.
This a time to look at your life and say how can I rise up and make myself better.
For example:
~ commit to letting go of old habits that don’t benefit you
~ make changes or say goodbye to a dysfunctional relationship
~ reduce the stressful, 60 hour workload and commit to more family time, self-care, etc
~ improve your diet to include high vibration, nutritious food
~ get into an exercise plan that you’ll stick to
Be realistic with your intentions/goals. We have 6 months for this to play out.
All of this will bring in something healthier and better as you resonate in a higher vibration.
***The biggie here is that this energy is also asking us to help others, to be of service, to make this world a better place. Keep that in mind as you decide what changes you are going to make.***
