As most of you already know, we are in a time where we are being asked to shift, change and Awaken.
To do this, our shadow side and our wounds are coming into the light, more than ever, to be acknowledge, worked on, healed and released.
This often can prove challenging, especially if we resist. We might want to run the other way, bury our heads, plug our ears…
However, if we can embrace whatever is coming up. If we can become aware and trust that it’s here to help us to grow and evolve. Then the door can also be opened to the gifts that will be the fruits of the challenging situation.
Part of this awakening process can put us in a place of not knowing which way to go: right, left, up or down.
The old version of you might be crumbling before your eyes, yet you don’t know what the new version of you ‘looks’ like.
At this point, the ego might get rather ‘loud’, to say the least. To stop the anxiety and fear, it takes a lot of trust. Trust to just ‘be’ in this unknown territory. Trust that all is unfolding just as it is supposed to. Trust in the divine plan. Trust in the guidance from your soul.
