From Overwhelm to Ease

This is big for Highly Sensitive People. Do you find yourself in overwhelm on a daily basis or when around certain people? Give yourself permission to honor yourself and do what is needed to shift away from the overwhelm. Step away and remove yourself from situations which are not supporting you, despite what others say, think or assume. This is an act of self-care and self-love. This is a big part of how well, or not so well, you manage your sensitive, energy field.

The Shift!

Take some time to gain awareness when, where and with whom you feel overwhelmed. Make a conscious effort to change your interactions to reduce or better yet, eliminate overwhelm.

  • Ask for help – get others to help with the To Do list
  • Remove yourself from situations which do not support your wellbeing.
  • Reschedule if you have too much on your plate.
  • Say no lovingly, yet firmly to more requests. This is an act of self-care and self-love.
