When you were young, you may have been told to ignore your feelings, or that you were too much, too sensitive, or too emotional. This is false. When you fully trust and listen to your feelings and emotions, they become your best ally.

Your feelings are valid and are key in telling you whether or not you are on the right path. Honor and listen to them. Do you get a creepy feeling when a certain person talks to you? Do you get a warm and cozy feeling around your new colleague? Are your feelings telling you that your current relationship isn’t good for you? Listen to your feelings!
