Here are a few suggestions to help calm your nervous system: cuddle with your partner or pets regularly, spend time in or close to nature, use diffusers with soothing essential oils, listen to relaxing music, spend time in silence, take time alone, meditate regularly, enjoy hot baths, drink chamomile tea in the evening, and eat only high vibration foods (none or very limited processed foods). Do whatever you need to relax and take care of your sensitive system.
