Connect with other Highly Sensitive People (HSPs): participate in a meditation group, attend Reiki shares, yoga classes, breathwork, tai chi or try out Kundalini yoga, try things that tend to be more spiritually based. The online organization Meetup.com has many groups for empaths and HSPs. Try doing anything spiritual in a group setting where you can connect with other like-minded folks and empaths. Google your location and you will be happily surprised.
