As I continue on the journey of the divine feminine rising through womb awakening, I’m gathering more and more practices, shamanic rituals, and tools to bring into the work I’m doing with women.
These are my latest actual physical tools, made by Moi, 2 ankhs!
According to Wikipedia, the ankh is an ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic symbol used to represent the word for “life” and as a symbol of life itself, the key of life. But there is a lot more about it that we haven’t been told!
Let’s start here. It was used in the past in the healing temples of the Egyptian goddess Isis as an important tool for womb healing. They used them as keys on the body and gridded them with crystals to access more of the crystals’ healing powers.
It’s all about the movement of the ankhs as the energy goes through the circle. When I’m in ceremony, I can dance with them and sing the light language through them so that the stuck stagnant energies in the womb are released.
I will use them like I use my healing hands. I can put them on the yoni (vagina) and womb, pulling negative energies out and activating the womb’s wisdom.
And in the temple of Isis, they used them to call the kundalini energy / feminine energy up into the womb!
They are inter-dimensional tools.
This is why a few months ago, I was guided to make my own ankhs to help in the womb awakening work I’m facilitating.
I thought how the heck am I going to make my own ankh? Then it occurred to ask my dear friend Olga, who is an amazing potter if she’d guide me.
She was totally down for it and off we set. In a few hours and one kiln firing later, I had my ankhs.
When I went to pick them out, Olga suggested that they go into the special, Japanese, wood-burning kiln that is only lit once a year here in Taos, temps over 2300° for 10 days. Talk about bringing fiery, powerful transformational energy into these tools!
I picked them up last night and I’m beyond excited to put them to the test during my time in Boulder for the next 2 weeks. I have a feeling they are going to take things to a whole newer level.
Speaking of, I’m offering in-person Healing Sessions on June 16-19 and June 24-26, the Summer Solstice Cacao Ceremony on 6/22, and Plant Medicine Ceremony on 6/29. Just click on the links if you’d like to join any of those.
Looking forward to seeing some of my Boulder peeps again.
Infinite Blessings,
Helen
