Wowza, this week I had our integration call for the last plant medicine retreat that organically was all women.
It filled my entire body and heart with so much joy and delight to hear the women’s updates.
It was a true confirmation that awakening the sacred feminine work I’ve been guided to step into has been the missing piece that I’ve been waiting for.
There is so much amazingness they shared but this is just one snippet.
During the 1st integration session, the day after ceremony, Spirit guided me to have each woman share a word to describe what they witnessed/experienced/observed about the other women during ceremony. Most of these women had just met the day of ceremony.
It felt amazing to hear and receive their words but later that week, Spirit guided me to invite everyone to share their word for each woman in our integration email thread.
I then asked them on our 2nd integration call, what it felt like to read and receive these words. Their feedback lit me up like a Christmas tree!
All of them said this one:
✨I felt truly seen.
✨The words were truly authentic, not sugar-coated nicety or fake
✨I learned how people perceive me because I don’t always know that
✨Their words helped me celebrate aspects of me that I’d never been able to put into words.
✨It’s such a rare thing to have someone express authentic, genuine, nourishing words to me. It felt amazing.
✨I discovered things about myself that I hadn’t ever seen in me.
They did this for me as well.
These are the words they shared:
Elevatix, powerful, shamaness, motherly, gentle, fierce, enlivened, silly, loving, and playful goddess side, regal wisdom, lioness, leader, Aztec magic woman, womb healer, medicine woman.
It almost brought tears to receive these beautiful words with all the energy.
This word sharing and our retreat was a true celebration within sisterhood, a rare thing these days but I’m more determined than ever to change that!
This is the magical alchemy that happens when women come together, in ceremony, with a common desire to heal and embody their divine feminine energy.
