Last fall, I was guided to create and offer for the first time, a plant medicine ceremony with a theme….healing the Mother Wound! This will happen on June 17 in Boulder, CO!
This was inspired by my own personal ceremony where the medicines helped move past the ego and heal a deep mother wound. My dear mother has been my greatest teacher!
And from what I hear from my clients and friends, I’m not alone. Many have a challenging relationship with our mothers and/or being a mother yourself. Often what you haven’t resolved with your own mother, will show up in relation with your children. You know how that goes!
It also can be linked for men and women in their relationship with the Divine Mother/Mother Earth. The patriarch has pillaged mother earth: taking, dumping, stripping, not caring what damage is done. We are reaching a tipping point where something must change if humanity is going to continue on Earth.
This great time we are in has been prophesied about. It’s the great shift of human consciousness to do things differently. It is an invitation to change the old ways, and come into right relation with our mothers and our Divine Mother/Mother Earth, amongst other things.
This is all part of the divine feminine rising, coming back into her power and to be in magical interconnectedness and right relation with the divine masculine.
So on June 17 in Boulder, CO, we are going to dive deep into healing the mother wound: with your own mother, you as a mother, and/or with our Divine Mother/Mother Earth.
This could be heavy work but when we come together in ceremony, we create a powerful vortex where we can move mountains. It’s so much easier to release, forgive, heal, and transform when we do it collectively than by ourselves.
I like to the metaphor that if you had to move a picnic table by yourself, it’d be really hard. But if you have three friends, each grabbing a corner, it’d be really easy. The same things happen in sacred ceremony.
Together we can rise into a much brighter, lighter, loving space with our mothers, divine mother, the divine feminine.

Infinite blessings,
Helen
PS: And I’ll be offering a themed ceremony this year to heal the Father wound too.
