Are You Being True to Yourself?

If not, why not?

Are you being true to yourself? What does that mean exactly?

Can you look at yourself in the mirror, look into your eyes and say that

you are in full alignment with you, all of you?

If the answer is yes, congratulation! Awesome! Acknowledge yourself.

If the answer is no, ask yourself why?

You probably already have some idea in which area/s of your life you aren’t being true to yourself.

~ Is it your relationship?

~ Is it your job?

~ Is it your community?

~ Is it a friendship?

~ Is it your mission in life?

Go a bit deeper. What is stopping you from being true to yourself?

I often see with my Empath/HSP clients. There is a lot of social conditioning from family and the patriarch that says you can’t be true to yourself because:

~ it makes others uncomfortable

~ you are self-fish

~ your wants, desires and needs aren’t as important as other people’s

~ you feel you won’t be safe if you are true to yourself. Yes, that is real and can come from this lifetime and other lifetimes. It’s in your DNA.

~ and on and on and on.

Good news …it’s all healable and transmutable!

Your higher self is waiting for you to align with her/him, to say yes to yourself in all your colors and glory.

Exploration:
Sit before a mirror and simply look at yourself in the eyes. Ask your higher self if you are fully being true to yourself in every area of your life.

Be aware and open to responses that might come in. It probably won’t be a shock but it’s good they are coming out, coming to the surface.

Work with what shows up. Your spirit, your higher self will be jumping for JOY with this new alignment to yourself.

It’s big work!
