There are many changes and shifts going on everywhere in our world. You might be finding it a bit challenging to stay positive with all of this as well as what is going on in your personal life.
However, there are some good things that you can do to bounce the positivity upwards. Here is a suggestion list:
- Exercise – at least 3x’s a week, hopefully more
- Meditate – at least 20 mins a day, hopefully more!
- Listen to personal empowerment programs
- Laugh – listen to the comedy radio station, watch funny movies or tv series
- Read positive books, nothing negative
- Focus on long term goals, dreams and on your intentions we set in our healing sessions. Do something towards them daily.
- Grow your own food-plant some herbs and put them in your kitchen window.
- Do something creative; things that make you feel good, of an artistic nature: play music, paint, cook, take photos, dance, etc. This opens up the right side of brain.
- Be of service to others-help another in any sort of selfless act. It’s a win-win situation.
