Help me Build the Toolbox
Like this pocket of beauty amidst the pine trees, I’m beginning to develop on my website a resource center full of beautiful gems. The idea is to provide ‘tools’ to help support you outside of the healing sessions. My list so far contains: the Harmony mediation, energy protection tools, power animals, healing masters, sacred space and Reiki tips.
Homework: These are just a few of my ideas but now I’d like to hear from you.
- What ‘tools’ can I provide to support you outside the healing sessions?
- Any topic or idea is welcome. If it resonants but I don’t know much about it, I will learn more and make it a resource.

New Idea!
- Record your session: Sometimes in our healing sessions, there is a lot of information that in channeled through. I invite you to bring a recorder into your sessions if you feel you’d benefit from listening to it again. It would be like getting a double healing, helping to clarify or remind you of a particular point and assist in the full integration of the energy.
