Happy New Year!
I arrived home on Monday evening and it feels really good to be back. I’m excited to share all the ‘goodies’ I learned whilst in Guatemala.
Law of Attraction
The local shaman there worked with all of us in different ways but always brought it back to: the Universe only gives us what we are emanating…the forever, truthful Law of Attraction.
It is simply a mirror for us to notice the positives and negatives being reflected back to us.
For example: if you are attracting people with beautiful, big hearts…that is mirroring back to you that you are emanating big and beautiful heart energy.
On the other hand, if you are attracting liars into your life, notice where you are not being 100% authentic with yourself or others.
The mirror shows us the lessons that the Universe offers to us to learn, change and evolve… if we so desire.
Unusual New Year Intentions
Instead of making typical New Year resolutions like:
- Lose 15 lbs
- Go to the gym daily
- Find a partner
- Change jobs
Have a look at an area in your life that is challenging you. See if you can notice what this situation is trying to teach you.
Sometimes our ego won’t want to show us so you might have to ‘look’ a bit deeper. A friend or partner may help you objectively identify the area that could use some ‘improvement’.
Home-play: How about taking the challenging situation and changing it into a beautiful virtue/s:
- Patience
- Acceptance
- Kindness
- Love: self-love, self-care
- Forgiveness
- Surrender
- Worthiness
- Or any others you want to embrace.
~ During meditation, bring the situation into your heart chakra
~ Love and embrace it, really feel it there
~ Allow that energy to transform it into a beautiful virtue, to blossom from the lesson the Universe was helping you to understand
~ Repeat over the next few weeks until it manifests
